Innovam is a Dutch knowledge and training institute in the mobility sector and provides for training and exams in automobile and two-wheeler technology. The registration of the exams is done by their subsidiary organization IBKI and was largely done via paper forms. Innovam decided to develop a web application for this. The application had internal users (approx. 50 IBKI employees) who plan exams every day, invite participants and process grades, and external users (approx. 50 thousand participants, employers, examiners and training institutes) who register for the exams and could look up results.

Activities
My task was to make the new web application user-friendly. To this end, I created user profiles, drew up usage scenarios and conducted an expert review on a prototype of the web application. Finally, I conducted a usability test with end users and created a number of wireframes based on my user interface recommendations.
