Project

LeasePlan is an international company specialized in fleet management for lease cars. It is present in 30 countries and became the largest car leasing company in the world after its acquisition by France's ALD Automotive in 2022. Within LeasePlan, the RMT (Repair Maintenance Tires) department is concerned with the maintenance, repairs and availability of LeasePlan vehicles. For this department, apps had to be developed for predicting future maintenance, making maintenance and repair bookings with garages, and getting insight into the availability of vehicles in a fleet.

Activities

I researched the customer journeys of LeasePlan Drivers and Fleet managers. Furthermore I created app designs for making garage appointments, managing proactive maintenance and gaining insight into fleet availability. Finally, I performed some usability tests.
