The ABN AMRO bank is the third-largest bank in The Netherlands. It wanted to offer its customers digital asset management combined with personal coaching by financial experts via chat and video calls. For this purpose, she set up the spin-off company Prospery, which would first start in Germany and later in other European countries. The service would run via a responsive web app and interaction designs had to be created for this.
