SEPA and other innovations

Projects
ING is the largest bank in The Netherlands and most of their services are accessible through their website and mobile app. In 2013 parts of the website had to be prepared for SEPA (Single European Payments Area) and the style and usability of My ING homepage and other pages had to be updated. Furthermore, many paper processes had to be digitized in so-called 'washing streets' (think car wash analogy) and new concepts for mobile had to be worked out. Also some usability tests had to be supervised.
In 2015 responsive designs were needed for a fincance advice tool for business clients and a payment services portal for webshops. Finally, the customer journey for new business clients had to be mapped.
