ING is the largest bank in the Netherlands and in 2013 parts of the website had to be prepared for SEPA (Single European Payments Area). In addition, many paper processes were digitized in so-called 'car washes' and new mobile concepts were devised. Finally, there was a major organizational change within the bank from traditional banking departments to tribes, chapters and squads, inspired by Spotify's way of working.
